About Mathieu Boldron
Mathieu has taken over 3,000 hours of yoga teacher training from master teachers all over the world and remains a student for life. He has taught over 45 YTT’s globally. His trainings have evolved with him over time, but have common threads emphasizing yoga philosophy, breath work, sound healing, anatomy and FUN. Mathieu has dedicated his entire life to the practice of yoga. Teaching yoga is his dharma and life’s work.

Breath & Beats: Pranayama & Dynamic Flow

Style: Kriya – Dynamic Vinyasa Energize your body and mind with a complete practice! We begin with a pranayama ritual (Kriya, Kapalabhati, Nadi Shodhana) to awaken your energetic pathways, followed by a powerful, rhythmic flow. Music will guide the movement, creating a meditative state of flow and presence. Connect breath, rhythm, and movement, and step into clarity and strength. Style: Hatha Vinyasa This journey invites you to release body memory through fluid movement and natural undulations. The sacred spirals of the pelvis meet the openness of the heart, creating freedom through the hips and spine. Inspired by nature and guided by breath, we’ll explore gentle backbends, deep hip-openers, and organic transitions. We’ll close with a chanting meditation to awaken inner joy and allow the heart to express itself. Move with love, breathe with intention.

The Perfect Touch: Therapeutic AcroYoga & Massage

Style: Therapeutic AcroYoga – Yoga Massage Dive into the art of conscious touch and shared movement. This workshop invites you to explore trust, non-verbal communication, and healing through contact with Therapeutic AcroYoga. Step by step, you’ll learn restorative flying, supported aerial postures, and simple yet powerful yoga massage techniques, both on the ground and in the air. No acrobatic experience needed – this is about supporting and being supported with softness, attentiveness, and respect. Come with a partner or find your match on site. Breathe together. Release together. Heal together. Touch becomes an art, the body a sacred space.

Through targeted drills, subtle adjustments, and conscious breathing, you will learn to approach inversions with safety, fluidity, and confidence. Build stability, strength, and lightness in handstands, headstands, and forearm balances. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, there’s a space for you.
